Beyond Asana – Part Two
Beyond Asana – Part Two invites participants into a deeper exploration of embodied awareness, expanding on the themes of presence, subtlety, and inner listening.

In this second offering, Sattwa guides participants into a more spacious and meditative field, where movement is minimal and awareness becomes the primary teacher. Through breath, sensation, and stillness, participants are supported to attune to subtle layers of experience and the natural intelligence of the body.
As part of the Peace Festival, Beyond Asana – Part Two supports integration, grounding, and quiet clarity. The practice invites participants to rest in embodied presence, allowing insight and coherence to emerge naturally, and deepening the lived experience of peace beyond effort or technique.
