Important Information
Arriving After Dark (8PM)
For safety reasons, the access is blocked after dark.
If you arrive after 8pm, please park at the front gate for the night. You can either:
-
Camp by or in your car, or
-
Carry your gear and walk onto the site
Thank you for your understanding — these measures help keep everyone safe.
Safety Guidelines
Every attendee has the right to feel physically, emotionally, and socially safe at the World Peace Festival. We have very few rules, and all of them exist to keep everyone safe. The Concierge Team is responsible for upholding these boundaries and ensuring our duty of care is met.
-
No touching without permission — NO means NO
-
No fires outside designated cooking circles (including candles, incense, mozzie coils, or open flames)
-
No vehicle movement after dark, except for site or emergency vehicles
If you feel unsafe (physical, emotional, or sexual)
-
Say "no".
-
If the behaviour continues, say "NO!" louder and clearly until someone else notices.
-
If you see someone else in distress, please offer help if safe to do so.
-
Report the incident to a member of the Concierge Team as soon as possible.
Medical Support
-
Please bring all your own medications and basic first aid supplies. The nearest pharmacy may not be open, and the closest open chemist may require a significant drive.
-
For any first aid assistance during the festival, please speak with a member of the Concierge Team, who will arrange appropriate support.
-
Ambulance services can be costly and, if required, will be the responsibility of the individual.
-
Medical information shared with us is treated with confidentiality.
